What is this section?
This area of the forum is where you post to tell us about your journey: your struggles, progress, life, successes, failures, etc.
first day of the challenge!!
I'm really excited for this challenge!! hopefully it will motivate me to lose 5 pounds...I REALLY want to get to my goal of 85....only 8 pounds to go!
Bad start this morning though...I only did 100 situps, and then I ate a whole roll and scrambled egg, with bacon, and a TON of butter. I have to do better today. I have to!!!

i guess i started all today i weighed myself thou and i was 135 >.< i really want to get to 120 and maybe 115...for me its more about a goal size i would love to be a size 3

i've had a good start to the morning - half a grapefruit.
i used to be anorexic weighing 85 pounds and i wish i was that size now! i've gained too much and i'm really short to it's quite obvious.
i really hope this will help me cause i HATE being the size i am.

Today has been horrid for me. We had a family luncheon, and my family does not believe in healthy food. At all.
I just want to get back down to single digit sizes. I ballooned after Christmas, when I didn't have much in my schedule anymore.

I had a disastrous weekend food-wise. Hanging out with mostly guy friends that want to GAIN weight is extra challenging. I'm too full of food to weigh now, but I know I was 118 before this weekend.

I've had a pretty good past few days.. After trying to "recover" I bumped up my calorie intake to 1000, but still lost weight, soo, I'm just carrying on with that plus exercise..
I don't want to get ill again
Don't think I've lost anything yet (don't want to weight myself this early on..)

had another horrible day today,
but am going to do some serious damage control tomorrow to make up for it.
what's a good calorie intake for a day if your trying to lose a fair bit of weight?

If you're trying to lose weight, I'd eat from 500-1000 calories and don't eat the same amount every day. I personally eat 500-800, depending on if I work out or not and when I have to eat normally with my family, I'll eat 1000.

i had a great day!
only a passionfruit for breakfast and that was it till about 5 this afteroon when a had a 70 cal yogurt.(actually i had some sugarfree gum)
i'm only planning on having a very low cal dinner tonight then i'm going for a walk so i'l probably burn it all of
